Early Years Supplementary Grant

Yes

To request approval for the following:
•Local authority acceptance of the Department for Education (DfE) Early Years Supplementary Grant to be received in September 2023 with an estimated value of £1.8m.
•To commence the distribution of the Early Years Supplementary Funding Grant to early years providers based on the published DfE funding methodology and guidance but in advance of the publication of the detailed DfE conditions of grant which are scheduled to be issued in September 2023.
